ABC Avalanche Probe
This probe is made of 7 flexible & impact-resistant aluminum tube sections which are quickly assembled. The quick mounting system has a steel cable connected to the tip w/a tensioning bolt on the other end. By pulling the tensioning rod, the 7 tubes fall into their couplings to form a 10.4 ft. probe.

The newly developed steel tip has a large bore channel for easy retraction of the probe. Each of the 7, 17 in. sections are alternating colors to facilitate judging the depth.

The probe comes packaged in a nylon carry bag.
