The Beta Light weighs just 19 oz. can be used alone or w/the Betamid bathtub floor to create a versatile, 3-season shelter. You can also combine it w/the Bibler Beta Bug tent to provide bug-free comfort & ultralight portability. (The Beta Bug is described as a separate product.).

Set up is simple w/adjustable trekking or ski poles (not included). If you include the floor, elastic cords pull the 6 corners out to the stakes, & elastic clip-ups hold the edges of the floor securely so the suspended floor repels sand , moisture & snow.
